Ms. Sofie is a young pragmatic consultant and trainer from Germany with BSC Hons in Risk Management Studies. She has been working with numerous NGOs in Southeast Asia developing risk-free plans in rural and urban areas aiming to enhance the growth and the mindset of the development sector.

Ever since she finished her studies, she dedicated herself to the development sector to advance the progress for the less developed communities. She specializes in theoretical and practical training to reduce the vulnerability of risk-prone communities in developing countries and increase their resilience. Having worked in various countries and settings, her approach is flexible and need-based. She has developed and implemented training strategies primarily for reducing the risk of flood and drought in rural areas with the primary goal to achieve sustainable growth.
