Sobre a função
Institutional Learning & Development Ambassadors are experienced professionals who help ministries, public agencies, project implementation units and other institutions recognise where capability gaps hold back their work, and point them to useful learning resources. The role suits people with standing in a professional network who want to support better capacity development in their country or sector.
For Risalat, ambassadors bring an informed view of what institutions really need. That keeps our programmes, diagnostics and free tools grounded in real challenges rather than assumptions. The role is a knowledge and learning connection, never an undisclosed sales role, and it is built on transparency about any employer or procurement responsibilities you hold.

- Listen for recurring capability challenges in your country or sector and summarise them without sharing confidential information.
- Suggest relevant learning diagnostics or capacity-development options when colleagues ask for them.
- Make introductions only with the informed permission of everyone involved.
- Keep a short, factual record of conversations and introductions agreed with Risalat.
- Give feedback on how useful Risalat programmes and resources are for institutions you know.
- Flag emerging reforms, regulations or donor-financed initiatives that create new learning needs.
- Follow Risalat's ethics guidance and disclose any situation that could create a conflict of interest.

As missões, o horário de trabalho, os honorários, os resultados a entregar e o local são acordados por escrito antes do início do trabalho. Os candidatos empregados noutras entidades devem cumprir as políticas do seu empregador e declarar eventuais conflitos de interesses.
