Invoice first, then bank transfer

  1. Send this formTell us the programme, participants and the details to show on the invoice.
  2. Receive your invoiceBy email from our training team, with our bank details.
  3. Pay by bank transferUse the invoice number as the payment reference. We confirm receipt and your seats.

Have these ready:

Legal name and addressExactly as they must appear on the invoice.
PO or tax numberAdd any purchase-order, VAT or tax ID.
ParticipantsNumber of people and, if known, their names.
CurrencyGBP, USD or EUR — tell us which you need.
Paying from a project or donor budget?We can add the project name, contract number or donor reference to the invoice, and provide a pro-forma invoice for approval first.

    Invoices and payment: common questions

    Can I pay by card online?

    No. All Risalat programmes are paid by bank transfer after you receive an invoice. This keeps payments simple for ministries, projects and companies.

    Can you issue a pro-forma invoice?

    Yes. Ask for a pro-forma in the form if your organisation needs it for approval before the final invoice.

    Which currencies do you invoice in?

    Usually GBP, USD or EUR. Tell us the currency your organisation needs.

    What if we need to cancel or change participants?

    Substitutions are welcome. See our discount and cancellation policy for refund terms.
