Once you navigate through program categories or locations and find the program of your interest, you need to click on the button “view details”. Afterward, you will be redirected to the program page that gives a general overview of training/workshop details, content, target audience, methodology, fee, inclusions, venue, etc. At the top right corner of the page, you can find registration details along with the form. Once you click the “registration” button, you will be requested to fill out specific information and submit the form.

Please note, that for registered users, some information will be prefilled based on the profile data that can be altered if needed. After submitting the registration request, you will be contacted by our training department by email with further steps.

To have a seat confirmed on the program of your choice, Risalat should receive the payment in full by or before the registration deadline. Registration deadlines are mentioned separately for each program and can be found on the program page itself. We accept international and local bank transfers, as well as PayPal. Other modes of payment can be offered based on the specific circumstances of the client if and when the availability of the above options is limited. In order to request such a service, please contact us through email or online chat.

Each training/workshop has a list of inclusions at the end of the program page. For standard programs, the fee usually covers Visa assistance (complimentary), Airport-Pick Up, Accommodation, Breakfast, Lunch, Refreshments, and Workshop Kit along with Program Materials, Expert Consultations, Field Visit, Completion Certificate, and several extras. However, in order to check what exactly is included in the fee of your specific program, please refer to the program page itself.

In rare cases, you can request to exclude some of the items from the program package such as accommodation or airport pick-up, and thereby get a slight reduction from the original fee. In order to submit such a request, please contact our training department through email or online chat. Please note, that the Visa assistance service is complimentary and does not qualify for a fee reduction if excluded from the original package.

NB: Visa applicants are not allowed to exclude any items from the program package due to Sponsorship guarantee letter that is provided to be presented at the embassy.

Standard fees stated on the website apply to all individual applicants. You Shall qualify for the discount if you register as a group. The group should consist of at least three people or more that are willing to attend the same training program/workshop.

The fee of every training/workshop includes complimentary Visa Assistance. Our travel team can support you with the invitation and sponsorship letter for a short-term visit to the country of destination and for the sole purpose of attending the program. In addition, we assign travel consultants to confirmed participants to help them prepare and submit accurate paperwork to the relevant consulate/embassy.

Please note, that in case if you require E-visa to the destination country, Risalat will process and acquire it for you at no extra charge. However, if you need to visit the embassy/consulate and submit the application in-person, you will be liable for Visa processing charges and Consular fees (if any).

Please also note, that Risalat cannot guarantee Visas for participants as granting the visa is at the sole discretion of the relevant Embassy. Keep in mind, that you can only receive the invitation letter for Visa Sponsorship after the payment of the full training fee.

In general, we do not pose any restrictions on the registration. Any individual of any nationality can register for and attend our trainings/workshops. If there are any specific requirements for the program of your interest, they will be stated clearly on the program page. Please note, that a basic understanding of the field that the program relates to and good command of the English Language is highly recommended for every participant.

Risalat tries to meet the individual requirements of program participants and accommodate reasonable requests to the extent possible. In case if you would like to discuss additional topics aside from the ones already mentioned in the Program outline, you can submit a request to our training department at least 7 Working days before the program start date so that the presenter has enough time to include the same in the daily agenda.

Risalat can tailor specific training programs and/or topics based on your individual needs. We practice numerous modes of program delivery starting from in-house and on-the-job to exclusive group trainings.

Nearly every short-term program is conducted in English Language. However, in the case of groups of at least 3 people or more, Risalat can change the language of instruction into French, German, Spanish, Russian, Polish, Turkish, Arabic, Persian, Chinese, or Japanese. In such a case, the program fee per participant might change.

Usually, we share the trainer/consultant profile after you have completed the program registration and paid the fee. However, in certain cases, we might be able to share it at an earlier stage, only through email. For groups and customized training programs, a trainer profile can be shared along with the consulting service proposal.

You can also find the profiles of some Risalat Trainers/Consultants on our website under “The Consultants” Section. However, please note, that this list is not exhaustive and does not indicate which expert conducts a specific program of your interest.

All of our onsite programs can be conducted online. The availability depends on the number of participants. In the case of group registrations of at least 3 people or more, the mode of training can be changed to online with no further requirements.

We can include flight tickets in the program package at an additional cost. Rates vary based on your country of residence and training location.

In case if you have purchased the tickets on your own and your flight gets cancelled, you will not be entitled for a refund. Please note, that the participants are individually responsible for appearing on time for the start of the program. You can still join the program even with the delay and we will do our best to make sure you catch up with the rest of the class. Should you decide not to join the training, you will not receive the refund.

If you have registered as an individual and requested to include airfare in your program package, Risalat will arrange flight tickets for you. In case if flight gets canceled or delayed, we will find the replacement and make sure you are on the next earliest flight possible. Once you have reached the training destination, we will ensure you get a jump start with the consultant and one-on-one training to fully catch up with the rest of the class.

If you have requested for exclusive group training and your package includes airfare, Risalat will arrange flight tickets for you. If the flight gets cancelled or delayed, we will find the replacement for the tickets and reschedule the program dates/timing accordingly.

Risalat has amended its refund policy that was in effect till 11 December 2018. For registrations and payments made from this date onwards, refunds are no longer possible. Such a decision is driven by below circumstances:

• Risalat is committed to maintaining top-notch quality of its training programs/workshops. Although the demand is high, we can only offer very limited places for each batch. Unless there is an exceptional situation, we cannot accept any new registrations after the deadline as we dedicate plenty of time to thorough preparation to meet the individual needs of registered delegates. Thus, any cancellation after the date will result in an idle place on the program.
• According to the policy that was in effect till 11 December 2018, the participant was charged at least 50% of the full payment in case of the cancellation. Therefore, many of our clients and partners have been requesting for preferential terms for registration resubmissions and the option of rescheduling instead of cancellation.

From 11 December 2018, the participants are offered the following options:

• Each participant is allowed to reschedule the training program dates up to a maximum of 3 times at zero charge within 1 calendar year from the date of registration. This offer is valid as long as the participant reschedules for the same program in the same location or in a different location but same price range.
• The organization is allowed to change or replace sponsored participants at no charge as well within one calendar year from the date of registration. An extension of this period can be granted in special circumstances.
• The organization can replace the sponsored participant while changing the program of choice or location as well. As long as the programs/locations are priced at the same level.

Please note, that above offers are valid only if the participant/organization submits the relevant request to Risalat at least 7 Working days prior to the program start dates. Otherwise, the individual/organization will only be entitled to an exclusive discount voucher for registration resubmission in the future (should there be any).

We commit to maintaining the quality of our training programs by limiting the group size to a maximum of 20 participants. Workshops offer no more than 15 places on each round. For exclusive groups and custom-made programs, the audience size can vary based on the clients’ requirements.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: As we strive to limit the Spread of Covid19, the group sizes have been reduced to a maximum of 12 for training courses and to a maximum of 8 for workshops. This restriction applies to all standard onsite programs in the first two quarters of 2021.

Please note, the above doesn’t apply to customized programs and group registrations.

Within the scope of our CSR, we sometimes announce scholarship opportunities or sponsorship for attending a specific program or event. If available, such possibilities will be advertised on our social media pages and the website. Please consider that sponsored places are oftentimes very limited and highly competitive. Award criteria will be published for each program separately once the call for application opens.

We partner with many certifying agencies across the globe. If the program is accredited you will find the certifying body and the badge on its page with all the necessary details.

The website features recurring standard programs on Risalat Agenda. However, the list given is not exhaustive of all fields, topics, or industries we cover. Risalat does arrange a wide number of tailor-made programs based on the request of customers. To get detailed information and proposal, please contact us through email.

For general queries, we advise you to contact our regional offices in Georgia or UAE. Our reach is rapidly expanding by opening other offices/representations worldwide. You can see current information on the “Reach Risalat” page of our website. Please note, Offices that are located in Afghanistan and Kyrgyzstan are designated for local customers and operations only.

Due to recent pandemic, we have reduced the class size to a maximum of 12 participants on training programs and a maximum of 8 participants on workshops. For some countries this numbers are even smaller. Moreover, we make sure all the necessary precautions are taken while the program is in process. Every participant is provided with essential COVID 19 kit that consists of hand sanitizer, one-time gloves, and three-ply facemasks. Wearing face masks are mandatory throughout the course of the entire program. Each participant will be encouraged to change facemasks at least once in every 2 hours.

All of our partner venues are fully equipped and match the recommendations of WHO. In addition, we have switched to larger size function rooms and allow enough space between participants (at least 2 meters) to prevent the spread of the virus.

In addition, the refreshments will be served in one-time cutlery. The lunch will be switched from buffet to menu-based and during the meal the participants will be seated with the distance of at least 2 meters.

Risalat Club is a special membership program for our clients and prospective partners that use our consulting/capacity-building services frequently. Risalat club members are offered special discounted prices and enjoy exclusive offers with upgraded terms. Both Organizations and Individuals can get Risalat Club Membership. Memberships are offered on an individual basis based on the frequency of Risalat Service Use.

If you represent an organization that is already a Risalat Club member or you are a member yourself, you can request discounted prices and exclusive offers. The latter will be made based on the individual service you are planning to use. To get the proposal, please contact us through email.  

NB: For training programs and workshops, please submit your club membership 8-digit number (in the format of RCM********) in the message section and you will automatically be invoiced a reduced fee.

Risalat offers a range of employment opportunities from junior level to C-suite. Therefore, the requirements greatly vary. Each open position will state detailed requirements and application submission guidelines.

Risalat is a truly global company that embraces digitalization. We are open to offering remote working possibilities to many of our team members, as long as their presence in the office is not absolutely crucial. There is no limit on applications at Risalat. You are encouraged to apply as many times as you wish and qualify.
