Project Management with MS Project Training
Fundamentals of Project Management with MS Project Training conducted during November 2022 in Dar es Salam delivered by a PMP certified Risalat Consultants with years of practical experience in delivering capacity building programs on a wide range of topics in the field of project management. The program had more practical sessions which made the overall training to be delivered on basis of 30% theory and 70% practice.
The delegates came from GIZ Ethiopia, all the participants worked for various GIZ projects, each participant was required to select or design their own project from the very first day, and all practical sessions were based on the participant’s selected projects. The delegates were introduced to the best practices of planning and management of all aspects of a project by integrating MS Project. Simultaneously, they learned fundamental skills essential for engaging, communicating and interacting with stakeholders.

During Fundamentals of Project Management with MS Project Training the practice was delivered in terms of the use of the Microsoft Project and in terms of mathematical equations within the topics that required some calculations.
