Global Programme Advisory and Expert Review Partners give independent technical feedback on Risalat programmes, tools and publications before and after they are used. Reviewers check accuracy, relevance to current rules and practice, and whether content is useful for participants.
Independent review keeps our programmes credible and up to date with changes in donor frameworks, regulations and professional standards. Reviews are honest technical opinions, never purchased endorsements. Engagements are occasional and agreed individually.

كيف نعمل
Reviews are occasional and remote. Each review's scope, timing and fee is agreed in writing. You keep full independence in your opinion.
يُتفق كتابياً على المهام وساعات العمل والأتعاب والمخرجات والموقع قبل بدء العمل. ولا يضمن هذا الإعلان الاختيار أو الحصول على عمل مدفوع الأجر أو حداً أدنى من المهام. ويجب على المتقدمين العاملين لدى جهات أخرى الالتزام بسياسات جهات عملهم والإفصاح عن أي تضارب في المصالح.

الأخلاقيات والاستقلالية
- السفراء المؤسسيون هم حلقات وصل للمعرفة والتعلم، وليسوا وكلاء مبيعات غير معلنين. فهم لا يسعون أبداً إلى الحصول على معلومات سرية عن المشتريات، ولا يؤثرون في قرارات المناقصات، ولا يَعِدون بالاختيار، ولا يتلقون مدفوعات مرتبطة بقرارات يتحكمون فيها.
