Invitation letter for your visa
Registered participants receive a letter from Risalat Consultants International for their visa application. Every letter has a code that embassies can check on our website.
When we issue the letter
- Self-funded participants: after full payment of the programme fee.
- Participants sponsored by a government, development partner or company: on receipt of an official nomination letter on the sponsor's letterhead and a payment commitment (for example a purchase order).
- Visa refused: send us the refusal letter and choose a refund minus a £150 administration fee, a free transfer to another date or city, or online attendance. Visa granted but not attending: no refund; the place can be transferred.
- The letter covers the programme dates only and does not guarantee a visa. We do not cover travel, accommodation or living costs unless your package says so.
