This Program over three days 27th to 29th of October, 2013 was conducted in Kabul by one of RCI’s highly skilled and experienced consultants who has several years of hands on experience in delivering capacity building programs in Afghanistan, India, UAE and Tajikistan.
The purpose of conducting such programs are to bring tremendous change to participants performance when they are back to work. Hence, intention is to enable the attendees gain maximum benefit throughout the program. Apart from benefiting the consultant’s knowledge and experience, participants were given relevant tasks by the consultant that they elaborate their way of thinking and their solutions to problems that they learn from each other’s knowledge, experience and ideas shared during the program.
