What is the difference between an output and an outcome?
Outputs are what the project delivers (trained staff, systems in place). Outcomes are the changes that follow (faster procurement, better services) and are not fully under the project's control.
Can I use this for World Bank results frameworks?
Yes for drafting: World Bank projects use a results framework with project development objective indicators and intermediate results indicators. Paste your content into the official format.
