Strategic Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Workshop was conducted for the employees of the Ministry of Public Health of Bhutan and the Kenyan Power Pension Fund. The Program took place in Singapore. The program was held between the dates of 27-31 March 2019 and lasted for 5 days in total.
The main goal of the program was to enhance the general knowledge of participants regarding Strategic Performance Monitoring and Evaluation, and help them master practical tools and techniques that would facilitate and simplify the process of their work.
The Key areas targeted were:
- Terms, Concepts, and the Purpose of Monitoring and Evaluation
- Selection and Usage of Monitoring and Evaluation Tools with Confidence
- Acquisition of Quantitative and Qualitative Data Gathering and Processing Techniques
- The role of M&E for organisational accountability and learning
