The Workshop on the dynamics of leadership took place in Skopje, Macedonia for the staff members of the Government of Macedonia and the Chambers of Commerce and Business. A total number of 8 participants attended the program. The duration of the workshop was 5 days.

Some of the key topics covered during the program were as follows:

• Self-awareness and self-belief as drivers of leadership behaviours
• Understanding the leader’s dynamic context
• Adopting the appropriate “attitude” as a leader
• Developing a robust and engaging vision
• Building alliances inside and outside of the team
• Maximizing returns on the investment in the team
