The Advanced Strategic Planning Workshop took place in Dubai, UAE at the premises of Grand Excelsior Hotel, Bur Dubai. The arrangement and the delivery of the program was awarded to Risalat as a result of open bidding process that was announced by Afghan Red Crescent Society. The attendees of the workshop were senior cross-functional staff members of ARCS. A total of 16 delegates were trained within the scope of this program and the event lasted for 3 days between 26-28 July 2015.
