Strategic Performance M&E Workshop Singapore
The workshop been held in Singapore & lasted for five days from January 20-24, 2020. A 25-item pre-assessment was administered by the Risalat Consultants to the participants to provide the consultants an understanding on the participants level of knowledge on monitoring and evaluation.
The main goal of the program was to enhance the general knowledge and the ways of practical appliance of Monitoring & Evaluation Procedures for participants. The key areas targeted were:
- Terms, concepts & purpose of monitoring and evaluation
- Selection and usage of a range of monitoring and evaluation tools with confidence
- Acquiring qualitative and quantitative gathering techniques
- Importance of monitoring and evaluation process to both accountability and organizational learning
- Developing monitoring and evaluation plan in reference to the project proposal which includes implementation plan, budget, costing, and scheduling.
