About the role
Digital Learning Experience Designers shape how participants move through Risalat's online learning, free tools and digital programme materials. The focus is on clear journeys, accessible interfaces and formats that work well on phones in low-bandwidth settings, which is where many of our participants learn.
Good design helps busy officials and project teams learn in short, practical steps. Designers work with instructional designers, subject experts and our web team. This is remote, project-based work agreed individually.

- Keep visual consistency with Risalat's brand.
- Suggest interactive formats such as quizzes, scenarios and checklists.
Outputs and success measures
