Fifth Day – Practical Session

The last day of the program will entirely be dedicated to hands-on practice and knowledge reinforcement. The delegates will have a chance to actively participate in simulated project evaluations, design M&E strategy and plans, select performance indicators, and work across the project/program results chain.

Program Methodology

An action-oriented, highly participatory approach will be employed throughout the course of this program. Particular attention shall be paid to sharing the international experience with a view to adaptation and practical application. The presenter will apply modern adult-learning techniques in order to augment the effectiveness of session delivery and achieve successful results. The methods deployed will include open presentations, group discussions, individual assignments, practical exercises, and case studies.
