适用于标准培训项目/研讨会的个人报名及团体报名
Risalat已修订其退款政策，原政策有效期至2018年12月11日。自该日起完成的报名和付款不再予以退款。作出这一决定的原因如下：
- Risalat is committed to maintaining top-notch quality of its training programs/workshops. Although the demand is high, we can only offer a very limited places for each batch. Unless there is an exceptional situation, we cannot accept any new registrations after the deadline as we dedicate plenty of time to thorough preparation to meet the individual needs of registered delegates. Thus, any cancellation after the date will result in an idle place on the program.
- 根据2018年12月11日之前有效的政策，学员取消报名时须支付至少50%的全额费用。因此，许多客户和合作伙伴一直希望在重新报名时享受优惠条件，并希望以改期代替取消。
自2018年12月11日起，学员可选择以下方案：
- 自报名之日起1个日历年内，每位学员最多可免费调整培训项目日期3次。此优惠适用于学员改期参加同一地点的同一培训项目，或在不同地点参加价格区间相同的同一培训项目。
- 自报名之日起一个日历年内，机构同样可免费更改或替换受资助学员。在特殊情况下，可延长该期限。
- 机构可在更换受资助学员的同时更换所选培训项目，前提是两个项目的价格相同。
Please note, that above offers are valid only if the participant/organization submits the relevant request to Risalat at least 7 Working days prior to the program start dates. Otherwise, the individual/organization will only be entitled to an exclusive discount voucher for registration resubmission in the future (should there be any)
适用于专属团体报名及定制培训项目
Risalat administers dozens of custom-made programs that can be designed and developed based on the clients’ individual requests and requirements. In case if you have registered for tailor-made training course or you have requested for exclusive group training you:
- 如在培训项目拟定开始日期前至少30个工作日提交取消申请，可获得最高为已付总额50%的退款
- 如在培训项目拟定开始日期前至少20个工作日提交取消申请，可获得最高为已付总额25%的退款
- 如距培训项目拟定开始日期不足20个工作日，您将无权获得任何退款。在此情况下，您仅可获得一张专属折扣券，用于日后重新报名（如有）。
- You can reschedule the dates of exclusive group training or custom-made program for free up to 3 times within a year from the date of payment. This offer is valid only in case if you submit the request for rescheduling at least 10 working days before the intended start date of the program.
NB: All last minute cancellations are considered as no show and are not eligible for refund.
