Fifth Day – Knowledge Reinforcement and Real-life Adoption of Theoretical Base

The last day of the program will entirely be dedicated to hands-on practice and knowledge reinforcement. Throughout the course of this ultimate session, program delegates will become actively involved in a multitude of group assignments, panel discussions, and case studies. Together with the consultant, participants will perform a critical evaluation of given scenarios and determine the best practices along with the strenuous aspects of different public governance models and systems across the world.

In order to diversify the expertise and acquire specific knowledge regarding the host country’s/regions public governance practices and challenges, Risalat will invite guest speakers from local public/governmental bodies and associated parties. The speakers will be selected based on the participants’ preferences and background.


Program Methodology

An action-oriented, highly participative approach will be employed throughout the course, with particular attention paid to sharing the international experience with a view to adaptation and practical application. The presenter will apply modern adult-learning techniques in order to augment the effectiveness of the session delivery and achieve successful results.

The methods deployed will include open presentations, group discussions, individual assignments, practical exercises, and case studies. To diversify the expertise and provide a more robust understanding of effective public sector governance practices, guest speakers will be invited to share their knowledge and experience with the delegates.
