Operations & Financial Management Training conducted in Bangkok during 04-08 June, 2015. The attendees were from GIZ Afghanistan and Raleigh International India. The program was planned and conducted part of Risalat TNA in the areas of operations and financial management for NGOs. Based on the gathered data, the program was designed to equip the related staff members of the organization in this program with needed knowledge and tools for better performance in the workplace.
The program held highly interactive and results-oriented delivery methodologies were used by the program consultants for maximum gain of participants. The evaluation results shows delegates found the program as one of the most highly interactive and insightful training they’ve ever attended.
Along with the program preparation, visas and travel arrangement was done by Risalat travel management team for smooth participation of delegates. During the program planning, pre-assessment was conducted for each participant to better understand the attendees specific reasons of attendance and their expectations to best prepare the program as per participants’ needs. During the Operations & Financial Management Training the attendees were provided by all the necessary materials, from reading manual to exercises, practical tools, cases, real examples etc. Program evaluation was conducted and report was submitted to the respective organizations.

6-days workshop on the Impact Evaluation of Public Policies, Projects, and Programs was conducted in Nuovo City Hotel, Bangkok between 20-25 June 2022. The program was a private event specifically arranged for 5 attendees representing the Ministry of Higher Education, the Ministry of Fisheries, Marine Resources, and Agriculture, and the Ministry of Environment of Maldives.
All workshop sessions were conducted utilizing modern adult-learning techniques. The format was more conversational, encouraging maximum participation of each delegate. A number of training techniques were utilized including knowledge exchange, case studies, and quiz tests.

The training on Strategic Business Management was a five-day workshop which was conducted in Bangkok, Thailand. The workshop was attended by participants who came from a variety of organizations operating in Afghanistan including: UNHCR, IDLG, TSCO, USAID/CSSP, and the Inbound Group. The event took place from 20nd to 24th of May 2012.

Effective Grants Management Workshop was conducted for the employees of Texas A&M University, Qatar and The Aga Khan University, Pakistan. The program took place in Bangkok, Thailand at the premises of HUBBA, Thailand. The workshop had a duration of 5 days and each day it lasted from 9 am to 5 pm.

Upon complete of participants assessment, the program was conducted over 17 – 18 March, 2013 in the Radisson Suite Hotel in central Thailand. The program was more relevant to professionals involved in a way or another in the procurement procedures taking place in their organizations. All the delegates who participated in this workshop have procurement responsibility to both support administration activities and projects that their organizations are undertaking. They came from the Save the Children International (SCI) and Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation & Development (MRRD)
The training spanned over a two-day period and was delivered by Mr. Gene the Principal Consultant at Risalat Consultants with experience in several countries including UK, Australia and Thailand. Gene has lived in Southeast Asia for the past ten years and is an experienced consultant, trainer and facilitator. During the past few years, he has worked in Dubai, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam and Cambodia and has led various training programs with participants from over 20 nationalities during this time.
The consultant opened each topic with questions for the participants to share their knowledge and experiences. The expert then used effective delivering techniques mapped from the assessment results as well to build their knowledge and quip them with necessary tools.
