Program Methodology

Conflict and Negotiation Management in Organisations Workshop in Stockholm, Sweden combines the theoretical and practical insights. You will go through the theories of Conflict Negotiation & Management. In addition you will be provided with various practical examples for conflict resolution and be given a group work assignment to prepare you to deal with real life situations.
