Study Tour – The Finnish School System and the Drivers of Teaching Excellence

Finland has one of the most successful, advanced, and progressive education systems in the whole world. The system consists of early childhood education, pre-primary education, basic education, upper-secondary education, and higher education. The country appears to excel at all levels, offering other countries a lot to learn from the example.

The study tour arranged under this program involves visits to some of Finland’s renowned schools and meetings with their employees, primarily the teachers. The day will be dedicated to panel discussions, knowledge exchange, and share of the best teaching practices. The host school(s) and their teachers will present their instructional methods and approaches to thinking, share how they promote innovation and creativity, and how they foster inclusive participatory classroom processes.

The host schools will be selected by Risalat to match the background of the audience aiming to maximize the benefits and the value of the program.


Program Methodology
