Learning needs assessment is a critical process used to identify gaps in knowledge, skills, and abilities within a group or organization. By thoroughly assessing learning needs, organizations can prioritize training topics and tailor content to the needs of the target group.

Being often overlooked, adult learning is an integral part of the right to education. The needs of adult learners are oftentimes different from those of children and teenagers. Unlike them, adult learners usually draw on their wealth of experience and tend to be selective with what classifies as meaningful and relevant information.

Research shows that an inspiring and informed teacher is the most important school-related factor influencing student achievement. Hence, training and supporting teachers, whether freshly out of professional courses or veterans in the domain, is critical and should be taken on as a mandatory process in all schools.
